Georgia Julep
2 oz. 13th Colony Southern Corn Whiskey
1 Tbs. simple syrup
2 oz. soda water
Crushed ice
6 Fresh mint leaves
Mint sprig for garnish
Muddle mint leaves, syrup, and corn whiskey in a glass. Fill glass with ice and stir ingredients together. Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig.
South Georgia Eggnog
8 Large Eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup -1 cup 13th Colony Southern Corn Whiskey (depending on taste)
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks and sugar together over low heat until lemon colored then gradually add southern corn whiskey. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff then fold into egg yolk mixture. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until they hold firm shiny peaks. Fold egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Put vanilla ice cream (you may want to let it sit out awhile to get soft) into large serving bowl and pour eggnog over ice cream and serve.

2 oz. 13th Colony Southern Corn Whiskey
1 oz. sweet vermouth
Dash of bitters
Cherries for garnish
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with cherries.

2 oz. 13th Colony Southern Corn Whiskey
1 oz chocolate liquor (such as Godiva)
1 oz almond milk
1 Tbs. Sorghum syrup
Coke (preferably Mexican Coke made from real cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup)
Combine corn whiskey, chocolate liquor, almond milk, and sorghum syrup in cocktail shaker with ice. Fill tall glass ½ full with ice and Mexican Coke. Strain mixture into glass over coke and ice.
